my book of me™ small group experience

a guided small group experience program for girls 8-10 focused on identity, voice, emotional awareness, and self-expression

The small group format creates space for girls to reflect, connect, create, and learn alongside their peers in a warm, thoughtful, and supportive environment.

Girls begin quietly questioning themselves during this stage of development — becoming more self-conscious, more aware of peer perception, and less likely to openly express thoughts, preferences, or uncertainty. The group experience helps normalize these experiences while strengthening self-awareness, confidence, and connection.

Through guided discussion, creative exercises, reflection activities, and shared conversation, girls begin building a stronger sense of self that is less dependent on external validation and more connected to who they are internally.
