my book of me™ one-on-one support

a personalized version of My Book of Me, designed for girls who may benefit from additional space, flexibility, or individualized support

Some girls thrive in groups. Others feel more comfortable opening up one-on-one.

The individualized format creates space for deeper reflection, personalized pacing, and support tailored to the child’s personality, experiences, and needs.

Many girls begin quietly questioning themselves during this stage of development — becoming more self-conscious, more aware of their peers’ perceptions, and less likely to openly express thoughts, preferences, or uncertainty. One-on-one support creates space to slow down, reflect, process, and build self-understanding in a more individualized setting.

The experience is guided, structured, and developmentally grounded while still allowing flexibility around what emerges naturally during the process.

this format may be especially supportive for girls who

  • are more reserved or slow to warm
  • feel overwhelmed in group settings
  • are highly sensitive or emotionally aware
  • struggle to express thoughts, feelings, or needs
  • are navigating friendship challenges or social stress
  • tend to hold a lot internally
  • would benefit from more individualized attention and support

Some families also choose the one-on-one format simply because it offers greater flexibility and personalization around scheduling.
