about

Hello and welcome. I’m Kimberly Campbell. My work focuses on how people of all ages come to understand themselves, develop confidence in their voice, and express themselves clearly. This matters because our self-perception influences how we communicate, relate to others, and make decisions that ultimately shape our careers, relationships, and the direction of our lives.

I’ve spent over twenty years working with individuals and communities as they navigate difficult decisions, challenging conversations, complicated relationships, and moments without easy answers. Over time, I’ve seen how consistently our sense of self shapes how we think, respond, lead, and connect with others.

My approach is grounded in positive psychology and informed by a deep understanding of human behavior.

A central focus of my work is how people develop a sense of self, confidence in their voice, and the ability to express themselves clearly, both early in life and over time. My work with girls through My Book of Me reflects this directly, supporting identity formation, self-expression, and a more confident and grounded relationship with their bodies during a critical developmental stage when long-standing patterns of self-perception and expression begin to take shape.

How we learn to see ourselves and use our voice early in life doesn’t stay contained to childhood. It carries forward, shaping how we engage in all aspects of life, what we believe we’re allowed to say or ask for, and how we show up in our work and our relationships.

Whether working with leaders or with girls, I am focused on the same underlying questions: how we come to define ourselves, what we believe about our worth, and whether we feel able to express ourselves clearly and honestly in the moments that matter.

Little Moments of Alchemy reflects a core belief: meaningful change happens through the small decisions and ways we show up every day, whether that’s a girl learning to trust herself or an adult choosing to act on that trust.

Alongside my work with clients and programs, this site includes essays and reflections on leadership, relationships, and the human dynamics that shape both.
