Think of it as having a trusted thought partner on call. Someone who understands organizational dynamics, human behavior, and the reality of leading when clarity feels out of reach.

How It Works:

Office Hours can be used as a one-time conversation or as an ongoing partnership, depending on how much continuity and support you want. Together, we can work through:

  • Navigating complex decisions 
  • Leadership moments that feel tense, charged, or unresolved
  • Dealing with internal misalignment or communication breakdowns
  • Preparing for conversations you can’t afford to mishandle
  • Figuring out what actually matters when everything feels urgent

Ways to Work Together:

Office Hours — Single Session

A focused one-hour conversation to prepare for a difficult conversation, negotiation, or strategic decision.

Investment: $350 per session

Office Hours — Ongoing Partnership

An ongoing partnership for leaders who regularly face difficult conversations and decisions and want a trusted thought partner over time. 

Includes:

  • Two 60-minute sessions per month
  • Thoughtful check-ins between sessions as situations evolve
  • Continuity that allows for a deeper partnership around leadership communication, culture, alignment, and change
  • Review of key materials when helpful (talking points, internal notes, board communications)

Investment: $1,000/month or $12,000/year

Office Hours — Fractional Advisor (Limited Availability)

A true fractional role for leaders or organizations who want senior-level communications and leadership support integrated into their work over a defined period of time. 

This role is structured to the situation, timeframe, and level of involvement required.

Includes:

  • Regular working sessions timed to meet the needs of the engagement 
  • Availability during active negotiations or critical moments
  • Ongoing strategic support across communications, internal dynamics, negotiations, and sensitive conversations
  • Strategic positioning and narrative development
  • Execution by agreement

Investment: Structured as a monthly fractional engagement based on scope and duration.
